Do you have a boss who is too nice?

They got rid of our corrupt boss and in his place we have a good one;however, he is just too nice. Would you,or your boss ever tolerate from one employee name calling and yelling at another, in front of other employees,or being aggressive and bossy to her customers?Is this not harassment?Why has this employee not been disciplined?
