Here's what I eat daily: will this help me achieve weight loss?

Personally I think u need to be eating more. Eat lots of pasta and rice. lots of meat like chicken and lots of fresh fruit and veg. Only drink fat free squashes and fizzy the excercise is very good though. If u eat too little u will starve yourself then have a massive binge! Hope this helps
