If someone is demanding or harassing you, do you owe them anything?

You should dump the loser why i would,nt give her the time of day but yet you let yourself be influeneced ,by a person who is trying ti minipulate you i would,nt answer the phone text anything for a person like this and that will burn her butt even more.She needs to get a life .You dont owe her anything and tell her I have amother the next time she says that to you.Why did you give her your number change it ,Go to the police this is harrassment she has some kind of hold on you she can be arested for stalking before something happens talk to the police and your family .This person is unstable.
