I am making monster burgs......over an inch thick,and five inches across...for the gang?

on a fresh bun with....bacon......sharp cheddar cheese...corned beef...back bacon...secret sauce...pepper jack cheese..lettuce...onion...pickle...and..… chips...for a man vs food..challenge....here is my question...can i bake the burgs in the oven as they are too big to fry all at once...and it is to cold to bbq? ...what temp and can i broil at the end for flavor.
