Try greasing your pan slightly (not butter)!!!!! Use like a vegetable oil because it has a higher flash point and will not burn as butter will. also check your oven sometimes it will run hotter or cooler than what it says, i usually don't even go by the what it says anymore because its wrong most of the time. I use a little inexpensive thermometer to place in the oven and go by that. This way you know for sure.
