Babysitting advise? I'll answer your question!?

Okay so for a few years now I've been babysitting this little girl. She's nice, but gets bored easily. And then when she's bored... she gets bossy. She's like really bossy, and I don't know how to handle it. I've been trying to prevent it. So any ideas to keep a 4-6 year old girl happy and selfless? Please help! I'll answer your question!
