Do you think my husband would go for this!?

I found a really nice, bigger home for us(we have a 5 yr old) to live it has a yard (my daughter has been asking for a yard for soo long) we've been living in the place we're in since she was 1.... the new place basically has everything the place we have plus 10 times more..New place is bigger, has a yard, patio, townhouse style, 2 full baths, dogs are welcome (daughter wants a pup but no pets allowed at current place).same area we live in....the only thing is its $150 more......I really really want this place! I actually have a refund that I saved (about $6k) to put toward the moving costs/dwn pymt. I'm in grad school right now but do you guys think my husband would go for moving here if I tell him I'll get a part time job to make up the difference in cost?
